Our Story
Crystal bio
Hi, I’m Crystal, a lifelong mover who never expected Pilates to reshape not just my body, but my whole approach to movement. I have trained for over 20 years, mainly in high-intensity and strength-based programmes, always pushing harder and becoming stronger. But in my mid-30s, my body began to feel heavy. Anxiety crept in, and I knew something needed to shift.
While travelling in Bali, I discovered Reformer Pilates, and it changed everything. It wasn’t about pushing harder or keeping up anymore — it became about moving mindfully, listening to my body, and showing up with purpose. Pilates gave me what I’d been missing: strength, control, flow, and calmness. Movement felt intentional again, free from comparison or ego. I loved how each class met me where I was, allowing me to move in a way that felt right for my body that day. I fell in love with that balance of strength and softness — the freedom to show up exactly as I was.
For me, Pilates is more than exercise — it’s growth through every stage of womanhood. Our training evolves as we do, honouring our hormones, energy, and mood with patience and purpose. Pilates blends strength, endurance, and flow — a rhythm that mirrors life itself.
It was then that I chose to change direction and bring Enso to life — a space designed for people to reconnect, move with intention, and rediscover the joy that comes from progress over perfection.
No egos. Just presence, connection and a shared love for movement that connects body and mind.
Our Story
Stacy bio
I’ve been passionate about fitness since my twenties, and it’s been a constant in my life ever since. Over the years, I’ve explored many ways to stay active, but a year ago I discovered Pilates – and it completely changed my approach to movement. I fell in love with the strength, control, and calm it brings. As a mum of two, I value the balance that fitness gives me, both physically and mentally, and I love inspiring others to find that same connection.
